Hi
I ve found reiki i believe its found me and im looking into doing reiki 1 soon.
can you use reiki healing for helping against pain like suffering from an illness or artheritis?

Hi Emma, welcome to the Reiki pages! You're right - Reiki does find you... :) You can use Reiki for 101 uses...physical illness, emotional dis-ease, supportive help when undergoing conventional therapy, treating past trauma... the only limitations are the human mind, IMHO.
You might want to put in a search for arthritis (which it helps tremendously) on this forum, as I'm sure there have been discussions about it before.
Meanwhile, good luck with Reiki 1!! You've a wealth of understanding and knowledge just waiting to unfold!
