About a fortnight ago I started taking Evening Primrose capsules.
Does anyone know the RDA and how many can I take a day. I take one at the mo, but can't find on the box how many mg are in each pill.

RDA = recomended daily allowance

I take Holland & Barrett EPO 1300mg
Directions say 1-2 capsule daily preferably with a meal.
Do not exceed stated dose.
I have taken EPO for many years and I think you need to find out what is right for your body. I take them for PMT and my skin. I take 2 as this stops breast pain (for me) each month.
If in doubt you can ask in your local Holland and Barrett if you have one as what works for one person will not necessarily work for another.

Thank you for the advice sweetie, I started taking mine for the breast pain and my skin. The breast pain has gone and my skin is also looking better too.
Be careful if you have endo and are taking Evening Primrose. I read yesterday that EPO has eostrogenic effects so if you are already eostrogen dominant it can end up making you worse after the first inital improvements.

Had a trial package with huge capsules, took 1 a day. Recently i bought another flask with tiny capsules. It says twice a day two. Excellent product for women after menopause and for the one's suffering from pms.
