Question:
Could an all over body rash that appeared the day after a Reiki session be a healing crisis? Nothing else new had happened.

How many days is it now since the Reiki session?
It may not be as drastic as a "healing crisis", but what can sometimes happen is that Reiki brings to the surface last little remnants of former illnesses, medical conditions or emotions that have been retained in the body, even after quite a period of time - somemtimes years.
As Amber asked, how long since the Reiki session? And do you still have the rash? How are you feeling in yourself? Drinking plenty of water to flush out your system might be a good idea, and if still concerned, perhaps consult your doctor.
Hope this helps.

Hi Amber and Holistic.
I was giving a Reiki treatment to someone as a case study - they had the rash for three days after the treatment and then their skin went back to normal. Just wondering if the rash was linked with the Reiki.
She was fine with it and knew about the healing crisis process as therapist (massage and aromatherapy) herself.
Thanks for your help. [sm=hug.gif]
