Question:
I did a BTEC beauty therapy course about 10 years ago at Chesterfield College of Technology And Art. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I only completed the 1st year.
I havea certificate which says I have completed the following modules:
A & P
Organisational behaviour etc
Beauty Therapy A
and Beauty Therapy B all at merit level
I am almost at the end of a VCTC certificate in swedish body and indian head massage, what i would like to know is once i have qualified this course would i be able to practise facials and waxing, eyelash tinting etc how do i find out what Beauty Therapy A & B are and who are the best people for insurance if i can ?

Hi, Have you tried contacting BTEC themselves for advice ?
I had a friend in the same situation and she found BTEC helpful. You may want to consider a refresher course too , just to give you that bit of confidence that what you are doing is updated.
