Question:
I am gutted, I bought a lovely new popcorn maker (duck shaped!!) so that I could have lowcalorie nibbles in the evening but Ive looked up the calories and they are humongous :(
Another good idea bites the dust...poor little ducky wont be getting much use now [sm=fit.gif]
Hi Runestone,
According to the Runners World site there are only 55 calories in a cup of plain popcorn - but you have to make sure you avoid the buttered and toffee-coated varieties. So the plain is low in calories. I also think it is supposed to be good for filling you up for longer. So it's a good diet snack. But my problem is I only like the toffee-coated ones :)
