Question:
Hello all, I opened my first holistic therapy room in June, has anybody any advice on getting your clients to re-book??????
All my new clients say that they enjoy the treatment at the end of the session, about 1/3 rd of clients re-book there and then, the rest say they will phone because they work shifts, I follow up their treatments with a phone call a few days later to see how they feel, all is good response but how can I get new clients to re-book, please any ideas[&o]

Hi Linda and welcome to HP.
When I have a new client, after the consultation, I always ask the client what their expectations of the treatment are. Sometimes they are realistic and sometimes they aren't, but I always make it clear that one treatment is a lovely treat, but for long term benefits, both physcial and emotional, regular treatments are recommended.
After the treatment, I do ask them if they want to rebook. Some do and some don't. Some say they will phone and often do, but other than that, it is important not to put too much pressure on a client and leave the decision to them.
I do make the point with my evening clients though, that evenings get booked up very quickly so if there is a particular time they want, they should book well in advance.
Good luck.
