EFT - do i need CD's or Videos's?
Question:

I've just downloaded the EFT manual as 've got loads of negative emotions i want to be rid of.
Do any of you know whether i would be able to pick it up and treat myself from the manual alone or do i need the CD's and Videos?
I can't really afford to buy them, but don't mind paying for an EFT therapist to treat me as a one off, but thought it would be more fun to try and learn it myself.
Any advice/support gratefully accepted by an EFT newcomer!

You can learn to use EFT on yourself with the free manual but I would also recommend the CD's. It's prerequisite to read the manual anyway!
The CD sets are surpisingly good value and you may find that buying the first set (The EFT Course - which by the way is around 15 hours of tuition!), or even 2 sets as you get a 40% discount when you buy 2 or more, is the same price as a session with an EFT practitioner.
If you are just intending to use EFT on yourself, the best CD sets to get would be The EFT Course and Borrowing Benefits. There's lots more info at www.emofree.com

hi sarah!
I've downloaded the manual which is really interesting, and would like to buy some CD sets. Eventually I would like to become a practitioner (could you advise how I go about this?), but my first interest is to get proficient enough to help my son who is dyslexic. Can you tell me more about getting hold of the CDs/DVDs - I have had a quick look at your site which then takes me back to emofree, and I'm back to dealing with the states again!
Are the DVDs/CDs playable here? Which would be the best ones to get started with? I know there are strict rules about advertising and promotion on this forum, so could you pm or email me?
Many thanks
