Question:
I've had a request from someone about their friend who has Tennis Elbow. (I had to look it up cos I wasn't completely sure what it was, although I wasn't too far off)
Now, as Dez knows, I'm still rather new at EFT, so I'm just wondering if anyone has had any experience of treating Tennis Elbow or anything like it using EFT.
I've been watching Gary Craigs videos (up to Speciality Series 1 at the minute) and my guess is that I would treat tennis elbow in the same manner as Gary does people who have a shoulder pain and can't lift their arm properly.
From what I've read on the web about tennis elbow it can also be caused by a problem with the nerves in the neck, so I could tackle from that area as well. Obviously if I could get to some specific event around when the problem started then that is most likely to be the key.
I was asked if I could help, because this person has apparently tried all sorts from acupuncture to injections with only short term relief.
Any other ideas most welcome.
Hugs
Tennis elbow is where the ligaments are a bit stretched as far as I understand it.
Anyway, my father in law was the most skeptic person about EFT that I had ever come across and was suffering with debilitating tennis elbow. I had mentioned to him many times that I could help him, but he scoffed at it. Until one day he was nearly in tears with it and so I said that I was only going to make this offer one time and then never mention it again. So reluctantly he agreed to have me do the tapping for him.
He followed my intsructions and repeated everything I told himt to say and at the end, he was gobsmacked at how the pain had gone.
Now he is one of my biggest referrers.
So, yes it does work very well for tennis elbow.
