Lunch date help

I'm going on a lunch date on Monday and i haven't a clue what to wear! I'm a size 12/14 and only 5ft but have 34F boobs and big hips.
I have a nice red wrap dress which is knee length which i thought i could wear but then maybe its to dressy for a daytime date? What do you think? Any other ideas?

I don't think that sounds too dressy, it sounds lovely- but then I havent seen it - can you post a picture?
I think the dress would be ok for a daytime date, you can always dress it down by wearing a top underneath, the shoes/boots you wear with it and the kind of jewellery etc..
