  i have got a bid on an item from someone who has a -1 score, is there anyway i can stop them from winning it cos don't want it to go to them and they not pay
or do i have to wait and see if they pay and if not do a 2nd chance offer
does anyone know?

Go onto 'Help' on ebay and then type in what you want to do, either cancel their bid or block them or pre approve your buyers...and follow their instructions! I'd post links but it doesn't seem to be letting me at the min for some reason :uzzle:
