How to wear...?
...Knee high/over-the-knee socks...?
Have recently bought a black ribbed pair with lace detail at the top which I wore today with my puffy checked knee-length skirt form primark and grey victorian style shoes...I thought it looked ok. Although I did get funny looks from people. Twas' expected in the oh-so-fashionable town of uxbridge :rolleyes: It should be renamed 'Chav-ville'.
Have bought the same socks in cream but have nooooooooo idea how to wear these :uzzle: They are labelled as 'Knee high socks' but come over the knee...but they keep falling down anyway as I found out today!
Also bought a teal pair with subtle flower design and bows at the back...very cute...but dunno how to wear it...
Any suggestions would be much appereciated :thanks: :kiss:

Do you work in Peacocks in Uxbridge??? If so I am so coming in and stalking you, I'm in Uxb all the time!
i have sh!tloads of knee high/over the knee socks which i love! i tend to wear them all my mini skirts and mini dresses... in terms of footwear i wear them with pretty much everything, from ballet flats, biker boots, ankle boots, brogues etc...
i find that if i wear them with sheer tights underneath it keeps them from falling down... or i wear them with contrasting coloured tights underneath...
i get a lot of use out of the knee high/over the knee socks as you can tell... :D
i have the over the knees with bows as well... i just wear them with pretty much eveything, my style is sort of tough girly with maybe a slightly japanesque edge so i find these kinda socks really go...?

i just properly read your post ylang ylang and i bought the exact same pair today! i got the black ones though, i wanted the cream but i was too skint with cash to get both! might go back to get the creams ones depending how much i like the black! i do they think they are uber cute though... :great:
