Jennifer bag- update
Well, I've had a reply from Jennifer- she wants me to keep the bag or sell it to a friend. I've replied politely that that isn't going to happen, none of my friends would pay £70-85 for a bag like this and I wouldn't ask them to. She keeps saying that the leather on the tooled one is better, well I haven't seen the plain in the flesh but the leather on the tooled one I have received is cheap with no structure, nothing like the real thing.
Ironically, I wasn't bothered about the Mulberry logo, it's the shape of the bayswater I love, high street copies are always too small otherwise I wouldn't have risked it.

That is AWFUL!!!:mad: It's not up to her what she thinks is best, you ordered the plain leather bag and thats what you should get! That is discusting customer service!
I have emailed her and told her how upset I am after I told all my friends about her. I have said that if she doesn't offer a replacement I am telling all the people who are about to order for Christmas not to order.
