Marc by MJ denim wide leg sailor pants - yay or nay?
See, I think they are quite cool from the front but they have a stuppppppid lace up back:
It just seems too tacky with the lace up on the butt...

The lace-up bum looks pretty tacky to me too, sorry. It could be the next big edgy thing but I'm not seeing it.
Also, these don't look like great trousers for anyone on the petite side, although you would know better than I do whether they would suit you.
same here,I absoloutely love sailor pants,but that lacing is a bit weird,also the denim looks a bit M&S to me!Shame cos they could be fab!
I'd have to say no, i don't like the lace up back at all and i've seen trousers with better sailor style front than those.

eta: and thank you other lovely ladies! I was momentarily dazzled as I loved those slouchy slouchy held up by braces ones on the catwalk, but these lace up bum ones are diabolical. Why did he ruin a perfectly good design with that? i like the sailor front, otherwise....
