Darimeya Peaches Floral Tunic - Sizing?

I'm new here but have lurked for a while...I'm hoping some nice person can help me!
I'm wanting to order the Darimeya Peaches Floral Tunic (am a bit behind with this one!) from asos and wondered if someone could help me with which size to order?
Asos says a small/medium fits 8-10, up to 'B' cup and medium/large fits sizes 12-14, up to 'D' cup but I'm i'm a 10 (sometimes an 8 in dresses - depending on the shop!) but a C cup... :cmdunno: so which do I order? I want to wear it on friday night so don't would rather get it right first time!
I'm hoping someone has ordered this and can help!
I have got this and there is alot of room in it, maybe get both and send one back if your not sure? be warned the only thing holding it together at the front are the three buttons so you will need to wear it over a dress or trousers to avoid flashing.
Thanks - hadn't realised about it being open like that - looks like i will have to buy a slip or something for underneath. I was going to wear it just with black opaques so thanks for the heads up!
