Question:
Random T shirt search
Afternoon ladies,
I'm trying to find a birthday present for one of my best school friends. We were shopping last weekend and she made a passing comment on how she really wanted a t shirt with a random french word or slogan on the front. We were in zara at the time and she couldn't find anything so gave up. I wa shtinkign this would make a nice present and would show that when we go shopping togetehr I do listen and don't just stare at shoes!
Anyway, where can I find a cute T £25 or less with some random french writing on the front? HELP!
Thanks,
PiP

the only one I can think of was the Je t'aime Jane one that Kate Moss wore a couple of years ago.....
maybe try ebay for french slogan t's. Otherwise, why not buy her a nice Petit Bateau t and some hobby paint and customise one yourself - that way you could put a french word or saying on it that actually means something about her ?
Thanks ellie, I thought of the Kate Moss one and of some Juicy Couture ones I've seen. I'd thought about ebay but I'm sure what to search for IYKWIM  and I'd like to get her something new rather than second hand.
I might give the 'crafting' a go but I'm not very arty, I may just end up gluing a t-shirt to my hand and getting covered in glitter :o
I was kind of thinking of those big pens that have paint in them and you just stretch the shirt out on a table, weigh the 4 corners down with books to keep it flat and then write like you would write in big text on a folder or something. You could easily do handwriting similar to the "Why can't I have everything" shirt from TS.
'couilles de chien' would be a good option:lol: or if you want to keep it clean "the cat's whiskers" ?
 nice
I might seek out one of those pens in John Lewis. My only doubt would be that she is very creative and arty and could prob make herself somethign alot better than I could ever do, but it's the thought that counts eh? And I'll buy her a bottle of bubbly too!
I've been trying to find stuff on ebay but all I can find are F C U K T's, rubbish!
