Question:
ebay postage problem!!

I need some help with an ebay problem. I won some sunglasses on the 25th Februrary from a guy in America. Waited until yesterday for them and then emailed him to ask where abouts they are. He replied with a customs form code and said that they were posted on the 25th.
I can't seem to find anywhere to track this customs code anywhere (USPS, Parcelforce, RoyalMail) so am wondering if anyone knows whereabouts I can track this?
Also, I paid for insurance on the glasses, how long do you think I should wait for them to arrive and if they don't arrive where do I go from there?

I'm not sure how you could track them from that, you should maybe ask? If they don't arrive you might be able to claim your money back through paypal (I'm assuming you paid that way)
Customs might be delaying them by holding them for a few days?

How long do you leave it before you give it up as lost. Does it make a difference at all with Paypal how long you wait?
Can you not get a tracking code from him for the delivery company? It would be a bit easier trying to track what has happened to them.
Just looking on ebay to see if it says anything about paypal but I *think* it might be 2 weeks.

He said he had posted it through the USPS. I didn't mind waiting 2 weeks for it to come from the US but I want my glasses now, its sunny :stampsfootsmilie:
