As the title of my thread suggests,how impulsive are you?
Im rather impulsive in terms of spending,doing things on spur of the moment and most certainly my tattoos!
A work friend and me were fannying about and he "made" a word up,which is "somacko" it means nothing but i am very taken with it and am gonna get it tattooed on me.Im going add it to my chest piece,very small and in black ink.
I know that the reaction is going to be that im stupid but i really dont care about that.
it made me think that i am very spur of the moment,and maybe it always isnt such a good idea,ie aforementioned tattoo!
How are youse peeps and i suppose in a offshoot question how does that impact on your style?
Yes I am very impulsive and it does get me into trouble. It means that I volunteer to do things that afterwards I just want to get out of, I take too much on and then have to give up things and feel like a failure and I also end up letting others down. My impulsiveness means I do waste money on clothes that don't get worn enough but if I wasn't impulsive I think I would be quite boring and 'safe' as far as clothes are concerned.
I make up words quite often; it's a bit of a weird hobby of mine!
As to being impulsive, I am and I'm not :lol: I do sometimes do or buy things on impulse but usually they're small things. I don't do anything significant or buy anything expensive without considering things more carefully (well, I am an actuarial student!).
When it comes to wearing clothes, I'm quite impulsive - I usually plan what I'm going to wear the night before on work nights, but the outfits are very prone to last-minute changes if I decide that I fancy wearing something in particular.

Hmm, I seem to go through phases. Sometimes I'll be really impulsive, buying things without thinking about them, doing things or going places spontaneously. Other times I won't do a thing without thinking about it for a looooong time. Being impulsive is far more fun! Though can be expensive when shopping :D
i'm going through an impulsive shopping phase at the moment! Sometimes i 'um and ah' over something for weeks, but now if i see something i really like, i get it. Not such a good idea being a student!
I also have a tattoo which i impulsively got, when i was 16!! :o
