Ebay returns?
  I've never returned anything bought from ebay so was wondering how it works? Do you get your money back once the seller receives the item? In which case, how do you know for sure you will get your money back :confused:




It depends on individual sellers, if someone was returning something to me (which would only happen if I'd described something incorrectly), I'd refund once I'd received the item. You'd have to make arrangements with the seller in question, but if you haven't left feedback yet they'll be wanting to do things properly...

um I haven't left them feedback yet so hopefully everything should be fine. the only thing bothering me is that the seller has only sold like 3-4 things before. Also they are accepting returns just because the jeans were a bit big, that's quite generous isn't it?

did you pay by paypal? if you did then you should be covered as long as you send them back to the seller by a trackable form of postage, that way if they don't refund you then you can open a dispute
