Question:
Knee-length shorts and tunics?
2 Attachment(s) I'm really liking the tunics that are in the shops at the moment (agree they are practically the only tops around at the mo!), and I want to wear them with city shorts, would this work? Are city shorts still in? I don't like wearing jeans or leggings to work for some reason, I like to be a bit smarter so do you think shorts would work with tops like this? Or if not, how else can they be worn?
Ooh I like these 2 tunics, where are they from?
Not sure about city shorts, TBH, I've never worn them so I can't say for sure, but they might be a bit bulky under that shape of dress? IMO they look better with something slim fitting on the bottom half, like skinnies or leggings. You could always wear opaques and boots if the tunic was long enough? Or slim fitting trews? I wear mine over skinny black jeans to work, or with leggings and boots (looks just like thick tights) or occasionally with black trousers, although I always feel a bit  in them!
No. I don't think tunics and city shorts will go at all :cmdunno:
What about slim fitting trousers - straight leg or cigarette pants? I wear tunics to work with opaques or leggings but I know you've already said you don't fancy the legging route...
I don't think so either, sorry. I think if you do volume on top then you need a slim fitting 'bottom'.
I wouldnt wear city shorts, i don't think the lengths will work :uzzle: Maybe some slim fitting pedal pushers/cropped trousers? Full length skinny trousers or jeans will look good too :)
