Question:
Slightly O/T Whites back to whites
Bit of a random question, but just been trying on my old bikini which I love however last year I managed to stick it in the wash with darks and now the white trim around it is a nasty grey colour.
Such a shame as it still fits really well and I love the pattern
Can anyone recommend from experience anything that can restore whites. I know there are some things around but I haven't tried them yet and wondered if anyone had!
a fashion designer friend recommended some Dylon colour stripping product to get whites WHITE...but I think it only works on natural fabrics.
I used to use Napisan (nappy sanitising solution) when I was in Australia and then put them out in the sun to bleach-dry but I find stuff goes grey in London water really quickly and I tend to just chuck it when it goes greige.:boohoo:
One more thing, just been trying the below bikini on and managed to catch the blinking price tag so now it's come off and not sure if I like it or not!

I am hoping it will look better with a tan, might have to invest in one with extra padding though!
