Question:
Mulberry Trauma !!
Hi all ,
I have to admit that I'm a bit of a lurker on the Fashion Board - the advice and tips you guys provide are just fab so I'm hoping someone can help me.
I have a major trauma - I managed to snag my gorge claret Mulberry Joni here on our gate while I was rushing in from the rain. I felt the tug but thought nothing of it 'til I got in and looked down to see that the leather had torn :boohoo:!! It's not a humungous tear but am paranoid about it getting bigger. Does anyone know if you can send bags back to Mulberry to be repaired? Or will I have to resort to a Blue Peter jobby with some superglue :cmdunno: !!
Any suggestions greatly received !
Give your nearest branch a ring, they are very good over the phone in my experience. Hope you manage to have it fixed!
Thanks LoonyPumpkin :thanks: I'll get on the phone to them.
Oh no!!! :boohoo:
I'm terrified of doing the same thing to mine, so much so I have barely used it this winter as I know I'll be struggling with umbrellas and whatnot.
Definitely try Mulberry first, hopefully they can offer some sort of solution.
Yes, you can send bags to Mulberry to be repaired. Give them a call or email their Customer Service and they will provide an address to which you can send your poorly bag. Hope they can fix it :(
