Chloe Help - Desperate
As many of you know I joined the Paddington club at the end of November!
I was opening my bag the other day and the padlock has jammed shut with the key inside. I have contacted my original retailer with no success and I have emailed Chloe via their website 6 times with no reply :boohoo:My bag is just useable but with no key and padlock though not very safe. Does anyone have any advice or any more ways in which I can contact Chloe directly. I really am desperate and so angry especially since nobody wants to help me:boohoo: :boohoo: :boohoo:
You could try ringing the Chloe store for advice?
how naughty of the retailer not to want to help- it's only a suggestion ,but maybe a visit to one of those places in the high st. that cuts keys etc. maybe they could look at it for you??
Do you mean the key is stuck in the keyhole in the padlock? If so then you should spray a small amount of WD40 into the keyhole, around the key. You can buy WD40 from somewhere like umm Halfords or a hardware store. Take care you don't get any on the bag itself though. Leave it for about 10 or 15 minutes give the key a bit of a waggle and you should be able to turn it.

Just thought I'd give you an update
Ideal Shopping have eventually got in touch and have advised me to send the bag to their quality control department via special delivery for a repair or replacement - they are also going to pay my specialy delivery costs too!
So fingers crossed they get it sorted - but thumbs down to Chloe for not getting back to me :(
