Do you wear your tunic tops, shirt dresses etc with bootcuts or only with skinny jeans? It's just I've just bought a blue and white check kind of workwear looking shirt dress for the summer and I think it looks better with my bootcuts. Also as I am a pear, I find that the longlength jumpers that finish on my 'beefy' part look better with bootcut than skinnies.
I wear mine with straight leg jeans, but if you are very pear shaped I imagine boot cut would be better to help balance out your hip area :)
I wear everything with bootcuts - being pear shaped and a size 16, skinnies look cr*p on me. Just wear what suits you best!
I wear tunics with bootcut jeans aswell as skinnies. I think they do make you look slimmer as there's more of a difference between the narrow part of your leg and the wider part at the bottom , making your legs look slimmer iyswim :think:
