Question:
How very dare you!
I popped into Warehouse in the Arndale centre today and there was a huge pic of The Dress behind the counter so I waited while the SA was serving someone (there was only one SA in shop) and I waited and I waited until eventually they were done and asked her when the dress would be in and she looked behind her at the picture, mimicked tearing her hair out and then flew back around and said really loudly and slowly 'I DON'T KNOW'.
What a cheeky bitch. I looked at her for a few seconds and just said 'ok, maybe your area manager will be more helpful, I get in touch with her' and she came chasing out from behind the till saying 'well it is just that someone asks me that every five minutes' I said 'That will be because you work here' and she started rambling about how all the other summer stock is in and it should be within the next 6 weeks but I just walked out and let her talk to my back.
I'm so going to complain!
How bloody rude! I get asked loads of the same question in work but I wouldn't dream of speaking to someone like that. You should definitely complain.
I've complained to warehouse before with quite good results - go for it!
Cheeky bitch! you've every right to complain, i can only begin to imagine the lecture her boss would give her, after all she is trying to get people to buy the clothes?!
Absolute twat!

Grr, I hate it when staff are rude in these situations. No matter how many people have asked them or how often, it's clearly no excuse. I've been cut off on the phone before because of the same reason.
Too right you should complain. Cheeky bitch indeed.
