Any individual dresses??
Hey guys,
I've been looking for a dress for my 21st birthday dinner (family, close friends, posh restaurant) I even booked a personal shopper in Selfridges in Birmingham today but nothing really flattered or was smart enough. There was one nice dress for £135 (Vicky Martin) but i just found it on the internet for £40!!!!! i thought if i went to selfridges i would get a good quality dress but i seem to be having no luck.....Rubbish huh!
Any ideas for anywhere less commercial, any boutiques (do these even exist anymore??) in london maybe if not birmingham????

The upstairs part of Urban oufitters in Brum sometimes do some lovely unusual dresses.
Have you tried House of Fraser in Birmingham too although it's not very boutiquey i guess?
Depending on your budget there's Flannels for designer wear, Harvey Nicks too, infact the Mailbox may be good to look at.

How about heading towards Spitalfields and picking up something from one of the vintage shops/stalls (Sundays?) there?

Doesn't need to be boutiquey i had just run out of ideas off the high street!
Just a thought, but have you looked in All Saints? They have a few dresses reduced on www.asos.com that look quite, umm, dressy??
