Question:
I'm going to New York for my 30th - what special something would you buy?
I want to buy something, in NY that will last a lifetime and remind me of my 1st trip to NY, happy memories of being with my H2B and spending my 30th birthday there.
What would you buy?
I'd like to spend up to £500

I guess you should try and buy something that is hard to get elsewhere/something that is loads cheaper in New York or something that is very American :lol:
Anything electrical in NY is normally cheaper, I bought my digital camera and Ipod out there a couple of years ago. Tiffany is slightly cheaper I think, also nice that it would be from the famous NY store. Urrr can't think of anything else really, guess a really lovely bag out of Saks/Bloomingdales etc.You'll probably be able to get it here too but it should be a tad cheaper there.
There's lots of lovely little boutiques down Bleecker Street (or is it Beeker Street, I can't remember!) Otherwise I must admit I was a little dissapointed with shopping in NY but no way was a I dissapointed with the place, you'll have a fantastic time!
for me it would be jewellery - at nearly half price a trip to tiffanys would be high on my list of places to visit!
I would definately get a sparkly diamond ring in Tiffanys!!
