removing bobbles from knitwear
Question:

removing bobbles from knitwear
Can you buy things that remove bobbles from knitwear? I'm pretty sure that you can, but I've no idea what they look like or where to buy one from. Departments stores I'm guessing? Anyway, any pointers gratefully received, I need to rescue my favourite jumper!

Hi, yes you can get fuzz/bobble removers, they look kind of like this one below:

Can't recall where you can get them from though? Hmmm...seem to remember that Asda had some in a few months ago...

Just a word of warning. The debobble machines can chew holes in your clothes. I'd only use one if your jumper's in such a bobbley state that you wouldn't wear it out again otherwise.
(I liked typing some of that, bobble bobble bobble :D .......................bobble)

I got one from Argos, but it was rubbish, didn't do anything.
I've heard that you can use a razor and shave off the bobbles, but I haven't tried it.
