Question:
Cheaper Bags / Watches in Europe?
Hello!
I'm really lucky this month as I get to go to Dusseldorf and Cannes with work and I was wondering if anyone knew if things like designer bags and watches are cheaper over there? I know things are cheaper in the US but not sure about these places....I'm looking for a nice bag for Christmas and/or a decent watch and if I can save some money by getting them whilst I'm there, that would be marvelous!
I am imagining Cannes to be expensive due to the film festival and all the visiting Hollywood millionaires....

Cannes and France in general are expensive. I haven't come across anything here that is cheaper than the UK apart from good quality olive oil :)

Unless you visit Portugal, Spain or Italy! ;)
Cannes is usually quite dear and the same goes for Germany....but why not get yourself something that will remind you of your trip...such as a local designer bag or if all fails you can always get something at the airport where prices will be quite similar ;)
