Question:
How short is too short?
Hi,
I'm going out to dinner tonight and was thinking of wearing a dress I bought ages ago but still havent worn yet.
It's sixties style with long sleeves, scoop neck and its in a kind of knit material. It's a black and gold pattern and reaches a couple of inches past the bum - would help to be exact but cant be sorry
Anyway I was thinking of wearing 80 denier opaques but am worried it will look too short.
Eeeek - help me please :boohoo:
Wrong person to ask as I like my short skirts , but as long as it doesn't show your arse when you bend over or raise your arms and it doesn't show the top bit of your thighs , then you should be okay!!!

I agree with mimicat, and your wearing opaques so it should be fine.
It sounds fine to me too - with thick tights and long-sleeves, shorter lengths are much more acceptable.
I agree with Mimicat and Katy. If you feel that you might be uncomfortable, could you wear the dress with ankle length leggings instead of the tights?
