How long do Office take to deliver?
I ordered a pair of trainers from Office a week ago and they haven't arrived yet. Does anyone know if they normally take this long? They state on their website they use special delivery and another service which I can't remember the name of so I assumed it'd be relatively quick.
Hello, I don't think they use special delivery, they have a courier service in my experience. They are notorious for taking bloody ages though, they don't get round to debiting your card for days, either. I think it says that they deliver between to 7-9 days.
Oh I see, thank you Hack. Yeah the other service was a courier one which needed a signature too which made me think it wouldn't take long. I've only ever shopped in their stores so have not had much experience with ordering online with them. Thanks for the heads up!
It's worth phoning them as they can track your parcel :)
