Question:
Boots with short shorts
OK, what sort of boots are best to wear with short black shorts and footless tights/leggings? I've already got these (only in a greyish brown colour):

but would probably prefer something with a little bit more of a heel - or should I stick to heels no higher than those in the pic shown? Not sure I'd want ankle boots though...

I think those boots would be ok though - how far up your legs do they come?
If they are knee high Id just wear them with regular tights and the shorts.....or am I waffling uncontrollably?

(so whatever you do, make sure the boots come up over the bottom of your leggings or whatever.)
I think short shorts (or indeed any shorts) and footless tights would be very hard to pull off. I have to be honest and say that I haven't seen anyone manage it yet. Personally, I think footless tights and leggings are far better under dresses or long jumpers, something that isn't fitted, so they make your legs look slimmer (and I def need that!). I think that shorts with opaque tights and vintage slouchy boots on the other hand can look really good.
sorry if I'm being stupid but whats the point in wearing footless tights if you're gonna wear boots? surely wearing normal tights would make more sense :uzzle:
