m&s delivery... are they joking?!

I was wondering where my purchases were that I ordered on 28th december, re-read my email and saw this! £3.50 postage for a 10 day wait? how rude :flounce:
I just checked my email and found a date of 12th Jan!
According to their website delivery times are:
Standard delivery
(clothing & homeware) 4–7 working days £3.50
Hmpf is what I say to that!
It's usually 2 days or so for standard delivery ..must be the influx of orders over xmas and now the sale pushing back delivery times.
i ordered stuff off miss selfridge on the 22nd of december and it still hasn't arrived....apparently despatched on the 29th...grrr
its all coz of the holiday season!

:mad: I feel your pain! I orderd from the TS website on the 22nd (£4 P&P :cmeek: ) and it only arrived today. I realise it's because of the holidays and stuff but still...At least it's here now and I love it! :yay:
