Mulberry Elgin owners - quick question re: serial number

I just wondered if your Elgins have serial numbers on the interior pocket brass tag. Mine doesn't and I've just noticed that my Joni and Araline have the same brass tabs but they have serial numbers on them.
I bought the Elgin in the NAP Fall Treat sale so I'm fairly certain it's genuine but just wanted some reassurance :cmdunno:

Some of my bags have serial numbers and some don`t. They used to have the numbers, they were stopped and re-started again as recently as A/W 06 by the looks of it.
