You might be better to send them a message and tell them in friendlyish terms to remove the picture because it breaks ebays rules and regulations.
Then report them, to be honest half the time ebay seems to ignore requests like that, although they're not particularly busy doing something useful like chasing scammers. They must be eating doughnuts and filing their nails or something at ebay hq? :confused: ;)
