Primark Exchange Policy
  My sister bought me some lovely PJs for christmas from Primark but she's picked the wrong size bottoms, they're so huge.
The top had tags on but the bottoms didn't, so I don't know whether they're part of a set or bought seperately.
I want to exchange them for a smaller pair but I obviously don't have the reciept and she lives miles away.
I have a Primark near me but I haven't exchanged anything with them before so I don't know their policy, sorry if this has been done before but i've had a quick look on the search and found nothing.




I am pretty sure you will need the receipt and the carry bag they were bought in - some one posted a while back that primark had changed their returns policy. I have returned jeans before & had to take the receipt. You could try phoning them to ask?




Primark must have to rethink their new policy -they'll have dozens of customers wanting to swap stuff WITHOUT bloody receipts!!
