Kurt Geiger online ordering RANT!
Is anyone else having issues with the Kurt Geiger site?
I ordered on Thursday, 2 heres in the sale as they don't do bags instore anymore.... I got an email on Friday saying there was a fault and here's a 20%code as an apology. I ordered again on Friday, with the code, and you've guessed it..... they don't have the stock to fulfil my order. They've sent me the same discount code again.... and all the heres have gone off the site..... just hopeless:mad:
KG do seem really bad at taking out-of-stock items off their website. I ordered some shoes once that turned out to be sold out, and they remained on the site for months after. Utterly crap if you ask me.
