Question:
Really foxy party dress
hello all
I am after a foxy dress for my work Christmas party. I want to stand out and don't want anything that anyone else will have!
Colour: white, silver, green, blue, purple - definitely NOT black, gold or red.
Fabric: slinky/stretchy. No sequins or lace.
Style: I definitely want the dress to be knee-length or shorter. I don't want empire line/baby doll and I'd prefer sleeveless.
Me: I am 5'7, size 8-10, reddish brown hair, green eyes. Thanks to a brutal and time-consuming exercise and tanning regime, I have no body issues and am happy to show my legs, cleavage, arms, back (not the whole lot though, it is a work do and I will be 29 in half an hour so I don't want to feel like mutton).
I'm in London and can spend up to £150 - has anyone seen anything that might work? I feel like all the dresses on the high street are the same this season! I have ordered this from ASOS (thanks to whoever posted the 15% discount code!) but am worried it lacks 'wow' factor. Does anyone know where the dresses Girls Aloud wear in their videos come from? that's the sort of thing I want! I thought they were from Lipsy but when I looked in the big Topshop at Oxford Circus yesterday they had nothing like it.
thanks in advance and sorry to be so annoyingly specific... I just feel like I have looked everywhere and am getting a bit anxious about having nothing to wear!

Gorgeous Couture were the first two words that came to mind when I read the thread title!
I think silver and green both look awesome on redheads.
There is a magazine out this month too which has a money off code/voucher for gorgeous couture, I think its new woman
