Question:
how should i wear it?
1 Attachment(s) I have very old dark blue velvet dress at home, its got long sleeves (in a net material), and a square neck and its about knee length.
I tried it on yesterday, and it fits quite nice, but it looks a little plain around the middle, any ideas on how I can update it?
I have a similar dark red one as well, but this one has short sleeves, and is also knee length. looks a bit liek teh attachment, but with a square neck
Any ideas girls?
And I need some shoes to wear with them as well!

I have a dress in a very similar shape to the one in the photo in a jersy fabric from River Island. I made an Obi belt out of some goldy/silver/crema satin material which I wore under my boobs, and teamed it with deep red satin peep toe heels which had a gold embroidery detail to match the belt. I will find a pic of how i wore the belt with the dress.

It doesnt look very good here as the belt is thicker, but I had just stood up and it had got scrunched up. Teamed with some lovely accessories and shoes Im sure your dresses will look lovely.
