Question:
Cheap Monday & Urban Outfitters question
I've done a search on these already but I just want to ask what is Urban Outfitters' returns procedure like? how much is it to return a pair of jeans by post? I'm guessing it's not free like with La Redoute?
I'm tempted to order some Cheap Monday skinnies, but what puts me off doing this is that I'm not sure which size to get & I get a bit (a lot) OCD with regards to returns (especially if I can't get to a store to do it- like with T/S or Warehouse etc).
Thanks. :o
UO returns aren't free, i'm guessing it would cost about £2.50ish tops to post jeans? That's by recorded post so it covers you if the parcel goes missing :)
lovely cheers Cat, now I just have to work myself up for ordering. I find this so stressful & shopping is supposed to be fun
Hi dolly! I bought some of these a few weeks ago and thought I should warn you if you don't already know that they *may* shrink up to 7% on the first wash.
I'm also not too sure about their sizing. I'm normally a 26/27 and bought a 28 (tried them on first) and they feel like that sort of new-jeans-tight ATM but if they shrink . I tried on a 27 zip fly and thought they were too tight so asked for a 28 and they bought me up a button fly and they felt like exactly the same size. I kept them anyway because I am trying to lose a bit of excess @rse right now.
Anyway, what I'm saying is that sizing is a bit haphazard IMHO and I think it's best if you can actually go and try them on.

Thanks Maddy, you've helped me make my mind up. If you see my reply to your post on the "indoor clothes" thread you'll see that I'm a bit of an obsessive.
I've been worrying about what size to order for about 3 weeks   I'm usually a 26 in my fav Wranglers & 27 in Levis, FC a 6 & TS an 8.
Can you see my dilemma?
