Dyed hair
  Hi,
I was just wondering (maybe a silly question) if there is anyway i can dye me dark blonde hair a lighter blonde without being permanent. I've had highlights before and they did my head in cause I wanted to dye my hair dark, (still havent been able too) but now I want it lighter blonde for my prom.

The only thing that can lighten hair is bleach, which you won't find in a semi permanent dye.
Other options might be trying a shampoo for blonde hair to revitalise the colour and maybe make it look lighter.
