Question:
Boots for bigger calves - RESULT !!
Hey guys, thought i'd share my weekend shopping coup with you... PigeonPie and i went on a mission on saturday and found the most perfect pair of boots for me in M&S. I've been looking for years, really !!
They are kneehigh and fit my big calves without being really baggy around my ankles. Black leather with a kitten heel of around 2 inches with pointy toes. They are hugely comfortable and i've worn my pink suede skirt into work for the first time ever. They were €97 so around £65 i think.
Just thought i'd let you know in case anyone else is looking for some. I know i'd be thrilled if someone had told me 4 years ago !! :D
Wow, that's excellent, I love it when that happens, they sound really nice, I've got borderline too big calves for boots (can get some on but not tuck jeans into them) so I know how you must feel..
Oh excellent, thanks for the tip off.
If I could change one thing about myself it would be my tree trunk legs.
ooo they sound gorgeous! I also got a pair in office that come in black or a goldy beige, and have a suede insert pleated into the side that opens out to give more leg width if you take the little belt around the top of them off. So there's another one for those looking for ones with wider calves ;)
www.duoboots.com is also good if you find it hard getting boots to fit but quite expensive compared to M&S
