Ebay question regarding shoes
I have just won a pair of shoes marked as condition new. Normally i wouldn't bother if there's a mark found in shoes bought from shops, but I feel rather put out by fiding a tiny scuff mark on the suede bit of the shoe.
Would you feel it's being misrepresented if it happened to you with an ebay purchase?
Although the shoes are clearly unworn, I still feel the seller should have disclosed the info about the scuff mark on the listing.
I haven't added the feedback yet - it sounds so trivial and yet not quite right.
Has it happened to you?
contact them to see if you can resolve it before leaving negative feedback
