Just fell down the stairs in work :o :( stupid workmen working a couple of floors down have the lifts packed with files and furniture all day so we decided to take the 4 flights down to go for a quick ciggie, and I managed to slip somehow and bent my ankle back :rolleyes: front of my ankle is lovely and swollen and red with the skin taken off it. I'm so lucky I was only 3 steps from the landing or I would have gone head first into the wall :o

Owww tiny, you poor thing :eek: that hurts so much!
I fell off one little step thanks to a councils attempts at covering over road works and tore the ligaments in both my ankles last year and they're still screwed a year on.
Make sure you see someone about them if they give you trouble nd be really careful with it :hug:
:lol: hmmm must mention that to Mr O ! ;) I'm grand, just bruised. I did serious damage last year and bawled when I fell but its just bruised and starting to swell a bit. Getting stiff.... will probably ache tomorrow :rolleyes: Thank god it was only the two girls with me :o
OWWWWWWWWW! Tiny, that's horrible! I hate skin wounds, they hurt like the devil. You should get that gel stuff to help it heal quicker and put an ice pack on to bring down the swelling.
