Question:
How do you disguise your bagging...
...when you're at work?
I have taken to writing out my posts in Quark in tiny font and then copying and pasting. Surely this is an indication of wrongdoing!
Everyone's used to seeing me write stuff so I think it's working, but it must be hard for someone who works with numbers/data entry, for instance?
I work from home thankfully
On the rare occasion I have to work from the office I always make sure I find a desk that backs onto a wall so nobody can sneak up behind me. I'm hardly ever brave enough to post though, as I'm convinced the IT boys are watching :yaright:
I always have a 'working' application something like a spreadsheet open on the toolbar, so if someone walks in I can click on it so then it looks like I'm working!
I'm also worried about the IT guys but no one has said anything to me yet and if they do my reply is "Well if you gave me work to do then i wouldn't have to surf the net to keep myself amused"

At most companies the IT bods do a daily report on every single website that the employee has clicked on that day, so even if you think you are being discreet, you actually aren't. Because it's only 5 posts per page on the bag you get masses of reports from it. I do ours and it's scary.

Someone told me that if you get to the website via google, it only shows the search engine site and not the pages you visit from there.
Or is that complete rubbish?
