Brown Thomas returns policy
does anyone know what its like? I want to return something, but i bought it over 30 days ago.
Taken from a receipt in my bag:
'we are happy to exchange or refund merchandise if returned as sold within 14 days and accompanied by an original receipt. A gift receipt is not an original receipt. All refunds are issued in accordance with your original method of payment'
I'd say your best bet would be to try to exchange it for something else by saying you've lost your receipt and bought it in th epast couple of weeks?
