Question:
Ebay buyer claims item didn't arrive...
Apparently both her and her man work at post office and the item that I posted on Monday definitely didn't arrive. What on earth do I do now?
How was it posted loony? You have to give it 2 weeks i think before you can claim off royal mail.
Here's the information you need from the royal mail. You're covered for up to £32 in compensation, so once it is definitely confirmed as non-delivered, make a claim on royal mail with your proof of posting and you should get the money back.
:)
1st class, Cat. I would have thought she'd know about giving it 2 weeks what with working at the post office and all but she's asking for me to start "checking up on my end" to see what happened to it
How can you check up if it's not been sent registered or anything  Silly moo!
Tell her you have to wait before you can claim and link to the Royal Mail page.
