Cubic Zirconia Ring

can't find any small ones anywhere I have looked does anyone have any ideas?
Just want a nice and cheap one

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you won't find one. I like silver rings too, I'm a size I/J, and most mainstream retailers start their silver range at size L. Very occasionally I can find a J, but never smaller. The Diamonique stuff on QVC often starts at I, but I suspect that's where your piccie comes from, so you know that anyway.
The ring style you've chosen is too grown up to be available in children's ranges, and it's not a style the more exclusive designers go for.
The only option would be to buy a larger ring and have it altered, but even that's not straightforward. Jewellers will re-size silver rings with real gems in them, but cubic zirconia doesn't stand up to heat very well and there's a good chance it could crack during the process, so most of them won't touch it.
