Interesting!
I've just done some sums and calculated that 53% of my salary goes on the mortgage, household bills, car insurance etc etc, leaving 47% of my salary for food, going and general spending
A search through my last three months bank statements (oh yes, I have taken the question that seriously :p ) shows that on average 36% of my total monthly salary and therefor around three quarters of my disposable income is spent on clothes.
This explains why I have three wardrobes worth of clothes :o :o
ETA: I've just realised that the amount I spend is almost equivalent to a Paddington every month. I need to re-think my priorities :head:

Sorry, but this is going to be a drawn-out answer...
I tend to spend heaps at the start of autumn/winter and again for spring/summer. If I buy everything I "need" for this winter, I'll probably end up spending about a grand (but bear in mind I had a major wardrobe overhaul two years ago and couldn't find a winter jacket I liked last year - so didn't wear one  so I'm getting 2 this year :p ).
Apart from that, I spend probably about 30-50 quid a month on clothes that I like. I tend not to impulse buy.
I can't do percentages coz I'm freelance so it varies from month to month, it's not that much of my disposable income though.
xxx
ETA: You're an inspiration shiny. I might do those sums and get back to you with a proper answer :)

I live with my parents at the moment, so a couple of hundred. Although that differs from month to month, sometimes it could be less, sometimes more.

I would guess at around 10 - 20% atm, just done some quick calculations but could be more or less!! This will be decreasing drastically now as have alot to save/pay for in the next couple of months!!
