Question:
date outfit??
Hi ladies,
I dont post on here very often but I'm a bit stuck and thought u could help being the fashionistas that u are :)
Basically, I'm taking my boyfriend out for a surprise meal on Wednesday to a really nice restaurant and I want something new to wear. I dont want anything too dressy but I was thinking along the lines of a little black drees or something, nothing too fussy but something that'll impress. Does anyone have any ideas of where i could get something? I dont really want to spend more than £50.
I'm 5'7'' and a size 10, quite fair with highlighted hair, hope that gives u some kind of idea
any suggestions would be fab, thanks in advance xxx
There are lots of gorgeous dress around at the moment. Warehouse in particular have a really good selection and not too expensive. There are lots of versatile styles that you could dress up for the meal and then wear it again more casually over legging or jeans etc.
Jumper dress, very easy to dress up or down

A tiny bit over budget, but very chic

Again very versatile, you could wear it layered over different colour tops, or with leggings or skinny jeans to dress it down a bit

Dressier, but very glam

Simple style, again can be dressed up or down

thanks shinyaholic, there are some great ideas there, i'm going shopping tomorrow so I will definately pop into warehouse and try those on. I love the mini shift dress, its very 60s and like you said could be dressy or casual.
thanks again :yay:
You're welcome! Hope the date goes well ;)
