How much?
Question:

How much?
How much do you think it would cost to get one trouser leg hemmed?
I have a pair of tweed city shorts I heart, but over the summer one of the hems came down. I would usually repair it myself, but due to the fabric and the other hem - I just dont think I can pull it off (with trousers no one sees your hem, but with shorts.........)

Answers:

You could probably ask for a quote in your local Dry cleaners. the brand-chains do repairs.

Answers:

Prob about £2-£4

I don't understand threads like this. Surely it would be easier to phone a company that does it than spend time writing a post and reading replies from people who are making guesses?

Well its 7:30pm, no drycleaners are open. I'm sorting my wardrobe out - considering whether its worth keeping my shorts (cost wise, as they were only cheap) or to donate them to my charity pile.
Thanks Caramel - its worth keeping them.
